About This Project

For the global launch of Ken Follett’s Circle of Days, we partnered with Quercus to deliver a cinematic TV commercial production and a groundbreaking Out-of-Home (OOH) campaign. Tasked with managing the project from initial concept to completion, our objective was to match the epic scale of the author’s storytelling with a marketing rollout that felt equally monumental. We developed a cohesive visual strategy that spanned broadcast television and digital outdoor advertising, ensuring high impact visibility across international markets.

The campaign’s centrepiece was an innovative digital billboard strategy synchronised with the sunrise across multiple time zones. Reflecting the book’s central theme of the origins of Stonehenge, our motion graphics and visual assets were technically coordinated to launch in alignment with the rising sun in key global cities. This creative feat required precise logistical planning and high end video production, resulting in a unique, shared global moment that perfectly encapsulated the atmosphere of the novel for commuters around the world.

Beyond the technical complexity of the outdoor activation, we produced a broadcast ready TV spot that captured the mystery and grandeur of the Neolithic era. Our team handled all production elements, including visual effects, sound design, and Clearcast clearance for UK transmission. This integrated campaign stands as a testament to our ability to execute complex, concept driven advertising projects, combining creative ambition with the technical precision required for a synchronized global launch.
